Umphumela wokuguga esikhumbeni

Isikhumba sethuingaphansi kwamandla amaningi njengoba sikhula: ilanga, isimo sezulu esibi, kanye nemikhuba emibi. Kodwa singathatha izinyathelo zokusiza isikhumba sethu sihlale sithambile futhi sibukeka sisha.

Ukuthi isikhumba sakho sizoguga kanjani kuzoncika ezintweni ezahlukahlukene: indlela yakho yokuphila, ukudla, ufuzo, kanye neminye imikhuba yakho. Yiziphi izinhlobo zezinguquko zesikhumba eziza nokukhula?

  • Njengoba sikhula, izinguquko ezinjengalezi zenzeka ngokwemvelo:
  • Isikhumba siba lukhuni.
  • Isikhumba sikhula izilonda ezifana nokuqala kwezimila.
  • Isikhumba siyaxega. Ukulahlekelwa yizicubu ezinwebekayo (i-elastin) esikhumbeni njengoba sikhula kwenza isikhumba silenga kalula.
  • Isikhumba siba sobala kakhudlwana. Lokhu kubangelwa ukuncishiswa kwe-epidermis (ungqimba olungaphezulu lwesikhumba).
  • Isikhumba siba buthakathaka kakhulu. Lokhu kubangelwa ukuthamba kwendawo lapho i-epidermis kanye ne-dermis (ungqimba lwesikhumba ngaphansi kwe-epidermis) kuhlangana khona.
  • Isikhumba siba nokuphuka kalula. Lokhu kungenxa yezindonga zemithambo yegazi ezinciphile.
